COST: $2,500 Flat Fee
A four-week engagement for established businesses seeking clarity. We'll examine where your marketing money and time are actually producing results—and where they aren't—so you can move forward with confidence.
We'll examine:
Business goals and marketing strategy
Brand positioning and messaging
Channels, tactics, and budget allocation
Agencies, freelancers, and vendors
Performance and ROI
Pricing and marketing economics
Customer acquisition and retention opportunities
Unnecessary spending or underinvestment
How it works:
We'll meet weekly for one-hour collaborative sessions where we'll dive into your marketing strategy, performance data, and decision-making in real time. These sessions are essential—they allow me to ask the right questions, understand the context behind your numbers, and gather the insights I need to make truly relevant recommendations.
Between meetings, I'll conduct an in-depth review and analysis of your marketing materials, performance data, budgets, vendors, and other information you share. Then we'll use our weekly time together to explore what I've found, fill in gaps, and refine recommendations based on your specific business realities.
What you'll receive:
A comprehensive written report that summarizes my findings and includes a clear assessment of what's working, what isn't, and where your resources could be better invested. The report outlines prioritized recommendations—specific things to keep, change, eliminate, or invest in next, with the reasoning behind each one.
This is a complete engagement. You'll have a finished roadmap you can implement immediately, with no obligation to work with me beyond this.

COST: Proposal-based
Launching something new — a product, a brand, or an entirely new business line — takes more than a marketing plan. It takes someone who can connect the strategy to the execution and keep every moving piece aligned toward the same goal.
I help businesses take an idea from concept to market-ready, including:
Go-to-market strategy and launch timelines
Brand positioning and messaging development
Audience and market analysis
Cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, and product teams
Channel selection and campaign planning for launch
Budget development and resource allocation
Whether you're introducing a new product to an existing customer base or launching an entirely new brand, I work alongside your team to make sure the strategy is sound and the execution actually happens.

Sometimes what a business needs isn't a full review or a vendor decision — it's a clear, actionable plan. I work with businesses to build marketing strategies grounded in their actual goals and budget, including:
Channel strategy across digital, traditional, retail, and experiential marketing
Budget development and allocation across channels and initiatives
Campaign planning and creative direction
Customer acquisition and retention strategy
Competitive positioning and market analysis
This is a good fit for businesses that need a roadmap — whether you're planning for the year ahead, entering a new market, or simply want an outside strategic perspective on where to focus next.

Agencies, freelancers, platforms, and vendors all promise results — but it's not always easy to know who's actually delivering value, especially if marketing isn't your full-time focus. I help business owners and marketing teams make sense of their vendor relationships, including:
Evaluating current agencies, freelancers, or platforms for performance and value
Vetting new vendors before you sign a contract
Reviewing scopes of work, deliverables, and pricing for fairness and clarity
Identifying redundancies or gaps across your vendor roster
Recommending whether to renew, renegotiate, or replace a vendor relationship
This service is especially useful if you suspect you may be overpaying, underutilizing, or simply unsure whether your current partners are the right fit — but don't have the internal expertise to make that call with confidence.

Not every business needs a large engagement — sometimes what's most valuable is having an experienced, trusted advisor available as questions and decisions come up. I offer ongoing or project-based advising for businesses that want:
A sounding board for marketing and business decisions as they arise
Periodic check-ins to review performance, strategy, or vendor relationships
Support during a specific initiative, without a long-term commitment
An outside perspective from someone who has run marketing at every scale, from major entertainment brands to founder-led small businesses
This works well for business owners or marketing leads who want continued access to strategic thinking without the scope or cost of a full engagement.

About Me
Big brands and small businesses ask the same fundamental question, just at different scales. Is this actually working? I've spent 25+ years helping businesses answer that question.
I'm a marketing and business strategist with an MBA and experience spanning media and entertainment, real estate, consumer products, financial services, and e-commerce. I've worked with major brands including Warner Bros., Disney, and Universal, high-growth companies like Compass, and small and medium-sized businesses.
Throughout my career, I've led major product launches, managed large cross-functional teams and multimillion-dollar initiatives, and developed integrated marketing programs across digital, traditional, experiential, and retail channels. I've also experienced marketing from the other side of the table as the founder of my own direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand, making the same decisions business owners face every day about budgets, priorities, vendors, and return on investment.
My approach is also shaped by my early career as a broker and financial analyst, where I learned to think in terms of risk, return, and disciplined resource allocation. That perspective has stayed with me. I believe good marketing starts with understanding the business, knowing where resources are going, and making deliberate decisions about what deserves further investment.
Today, I bring those experiences together to help businesses evaluate what's working, identify opportunities to improve performance, and develop practical strategies that deliver measurable value.
If that's the kind of thinking your business needs, let's talk.
